Stress-related illnesses can arise from living in the city, which distances us from Mother Earth: a disconnect that is harming both people and our planet. Truly allow yourself to use your holiday as a time to decompress and relax by re-establishing the mind-body connection through yoga.
Our certified instructor, Alexa DeRiggs, will guide your practice incorporating pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and asana (poses /movement). She aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment, gratitude, and self-reflection through thoughtful sequencing, a strong focus on mobility, integration of yogic philosophy, and a carefully curated playlist. Alexa creates a safe and inclusive space where students can feel free to explore their bodies and re-establish the mind - body connection that can be lost over time amongst the over-stimulation of modern life.
